Where does Verdura ship?

We currently ship across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

What are your shipping options?

We offer Standard (5-7 business days) and Expedited (2-3 business days) shipping options. Exact delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your Verdura account and view tracking information under “Order History.”

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed, please allow 7 business days before contacting us. For lost or stolen packages, reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Can I return items purchased as gifts?

Yes, gift items can be returned for store credit as long as they are unused and unopened.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Our candles are crafted with a clean-burning wax blend, premium French fragrance oils, and 100% cotton wicks. We ensure every component is safe, high-quality, and sustainable.

Are your candles eco-friendly?

Absolutely. From reusable ceramic vessels to FSC-certified packaging, every Verdura product reflects our commitment to sustainability.

How can I get the most out of my candle?

For an even burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, and burn your candle for at least 2 hours during the first lighting to create a full melt pool. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

Are Verdura candles safe for pets and children?

Yes, our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients. However, always supervise burning candles and keep them out of reach of children and pets.
